About me

As a service designer, I believe in a strong research-based approach and in finding design solutions through a methodical user centred approach. I study people’s behaviour, their culture and how they use various technologies and services. My methods focus on facilitating, synthesis, ideation and strategic experience design workshops that provide insights and ideas to inspire and inform future products and service opportunities. Resulting in user centric experiences that are a flow of events mediated through artefacts and interactions.
